Vehicles
Which brands do you service?
Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Metris vans. We work on European vehicles exclusively. See vehicles we service.
Do you work on older, high-mileage European cars?
Yes. Keeping well-built European vehicles on the road past their warranty is a big part of what we do, and our pricing makes that practical.
Do you service Sprinter vans for businesses?
Yes. We service Sprinter and Metris vans for owner-operators and fleets. See our Sprinter & Metris page.
Pricing & offers
How much cheaper are you than the dealer?
Often about 20%, and more on some services. In our phone survey of Louisville dealers, Mercedes-Benz Service A was $195 here versus $399, and a Porsche Cayenne oil change was $388 versus $680. See the full comparison.
What coupons are available?
New customers: $79.95 premium oil change for Audi, BMW and MINI; $195 Mercedes-Benz Service A or B; $79 off any Porsche or Sprinter service or repair. Anyone can bring a written dealer quote for 20% off, up to $1,000. See current offers.
Will you beat a dealer quote?
Yes. Bring a written, itemized dealership quote and we’ll beat it by 20%, up to $1,000 off. Replacement engines, transmissions and tires and certain other repairs are excluded.
Do you charge for diagnosis?
Diagnostic time depends on the problem. Call (502) 821-3180 and we’ll explain the diagnostic process and cost for your symptom before you bring the car in.
Warranty & parts
What warranty comes with your repairs?
Most repairs carry a 36-month / 36,000-mile nationwide TECHNET limited warranty. See warranty details.
Will servicing my car with you void my factory warranty?
No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer can’t deny coverage just because maintenance was done at an independent shop. We follow the factory schedule with approved parts and fluids and document every visit.
What parts do you use?
OEM-quality parts and manufacturer-approved fluids that meet your vehicle’s specification, matched by VIN.
Do you have dealer-level diagnostic equipment?
Yes. We use OEM brand-specific diagnostic equipment for every make we service, which lets us read all modules, run guided tests and code or adapt new parts.
Maintenance
How often should I service my European car?
Follow your car’s service indicator or owner’s manual — for many modern models that’s around 10,000 miles or once a year for oil service. Short trips, heat and turbocharged engines can justify shorter intervals. See preventive maintenance.
What should I do if my check engine light comes on?
If it’s flashing, reduce speed and have the car checked right away — a flashing light usually means a misfire that can damage the catalytic converter. If it’s steady, book a diagnosis soon. See check engine light service.
