Stuttgart Specialists has joined Turning Wrenches
If you searched for Stuttgart Specialists, you’re in the right place. Stuttgart Specialists, a Louisville Porsche shop, has joined forces with Turning Wrenches European Auto Repair. The goal is straightforward: give Louisville drivers high-quality Porsche service and repair, with a complete European specialty shop behind it.
Turning Wrenches has worked only on European vehicles since 2013, and Porsche is one of the six marques we service. Combining the two means Porsche owners keep a Porsche-minded team while gaining the equipment, warranty and convenience of a larger shop. You can call (502) 821-3180 or book online the same way you would for any visit.
What this means for former Stuttgart Specialists customers
The same Porsche focus
Maintenance and repair for the 911, 718 Boxster and Cayman, Cayenne, Macan and Panamera, from people who know these cars.
OEM Porsche diagnostics
Factory-level Porsche diagnostic equipment that reads every module, runs guided tests and performs the adaptations Porsche specifies after a repair.
A 36/36 nationwide warranty
Most repairs are backed by a TECHNET limited warranty for 36 months or 36,000 miles. See how our warranty works.
One shop for the whole garage
The Porsche and the family car can go to the same place: we also service Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI and Sprinter and Metris vans.
Less downtime
Same-day service is often available, with free loaners, shuttle or pick-up when you need to leave the car.
Where and when
1304 N English Station Rd, Louisville, KY 40223. Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
For many owners, the most noticeable change is simply more options. A repair that needs a part ordered no longer has to mean rearranging your week: ask for a free loaner or the shuttle when you book, and if getting the car to us is the obstacle, ask about pick-up. And if there’s an Audi, BMW or Mercedes-Benz in the driveway next to the Porsche, its maintenance can be handled by the same shop that keeps your Porsche’s records.
Bringing your Porsche to Turning Wrenches
There’s nothing special you need to do to make the switch. A few steps help us pick up where your last service left off:
- Gather the records you have. Invoices or a service booklet showing past oil services and longer-interval items such as spark plugs, brake fluid and PDK fluid tell us what’s coming due.
- Mention anything unfinished. If a repair was recommended or a symptom was being watched, tell us when you book so we look at it first.
- We start with a full scan and inspection. Reading every control module and inspecting the car gives us a clear baseline, even on a car we haven’t seen before.
- You approve an itemized estimate. You’ll know what’s urgent, what can wait and what it costs. Nothing is repaired without your approval.
- We keep your history going. Every visit is documented, with parts, fluids and mileage, so your car’s service record stays complete for warranty and resale.
Porsche service and repair we handle
Former Stuttgart Specialists customers can count on the full range of Porsche work: oil service with Porsche A40 or C30-approved oil, pads, rotors and fluid through our brake service, factory scheduled maintenance, PDK and drivetrain fluid service, and diagnosis of drivability and electrical faults. Louisville’s summer heat is hard on any cooling system, so water pumps, thermostats and coolant lines get close attention through our cooling system service.

What Porsche service costs here
Porsche Louisville quoted $680 by phone on 11/26/2025 for an oil change on a 2024 Cayenne. Our price for the same service is $388. Prices vary by model, and our dealer comparison shows the other local quotes we collected.
New customers get $79 off any Porsche service or repair. For a bigger job, new customers can instead bring a written, itemized dealership quote and we’ll take 20% off, up to $1,000 off; engine, transmission and tire replacements and certain other repairs are excluded. Offers are one per household, can’t be combined and must be presented at write-up.
Still under factory warranty? Maintenance at an independent shop doesn’t void it. The federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects that choice when the work follows Porsche’s schedule and specifications, which is how we service every car.
